Restaurant Bise
Restaurant BISe takes its name from the French word bisous. With an intimate, familiar and international approach, the restaurant draws inspiration from Southern European food and wine culture. The wine list brings together established producers and newer voices, united by a thoughtful approach to cultivation and a long-term stewardship of the land.
A contemporary interpretation of the neighbourhood restaurant
Located in central Malmö, BISe combines generous daylight with a dining room shaped by Swedish, French and Italian influences. A concise menu sits alongside a carefully curated wine selection, creating space for both a longer dinner and a glass of wine accompanied by a few smaller dishes.
Colour in unexpected combinations
Selected from our Node collection, the wall lamps add bold combinations of red and pink. With their distinct geometry and graphic expression, they create visible points of contrast that add rhythm and a subtle sense of playfulness through unexpected forms. A contrast that in many ways reflects the restaurant’s own blend of influences and contrasts.
