Safe and secure purchases

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing products from Forming Function Stockholm AB via our website. Existing corporate customers can find current terms and conditions under My Account. When purchasing, we apply applicable legislation, including the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

Purchases and agreements

• A purchase is considered completed when you as a Consumer have placed an order and clicked “Pay”.
• Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent. If you have not received the confirmation within 12 hours, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.
• We do not enter into agreements with persons under the age of 18 without the consent of a guardian.
• If an ordered product cannot be delivered, for example because it is out of stock, we will contact you and refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

• All prices include value added tax (VAT).
• Payment is made via Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Swish or Google Pay.
• If an obvious price error is discovered, we will contact you to agree on a new price. If you do not accept the price change, the order will be canceled.

Delivery terms

• Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days, subject to availability.
• In the event of a delivery delay, we will contact you immediately and you have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost if the delay is significant.
• The shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Right of withdrawal and return

• As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days according to the Distance Selling Act.
• The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as when received, preferably in original packaging.
• If the product has been handled to a greater extent than necessary, a deduction may be made for loss of value.

Return process

• Contact customer support before returning the product.
• Use the enclosed return shipping label.
• Forming Function will refund the amount no later than 14 days after the product has been received or when you have shown that it has been sent back.
• Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and warranty

• The right to a complaint is valid for three years according to the Consumer Sales Act.
• Damage discovered within two months is considered to have been reported on time.
• If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for all costs for return and replacement.
